Ah yes, President Stampy-Foot making the tough calls from the Spite House.

Well, actually, he was off playing cards because he couldn't bear to watch, but I'm sure he made that tough call. This one he probably found easier...right up until the Veterans showed up outside his fence and he fled in Marine One.
